At Monstera Supply Co., we take special care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, happy, and thriving. Because we ship live plants, timing and handling are critical. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
📦 Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship orders on the best possible day to ensure safe delivery and minimize transit stress. This means:

Orders may be held until Monday or after a holiday to prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and in some cases, we may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
🌱 Live Plant Handling
Each plant is carefully packaged to withstand its journey, but please unpack your order as soon as it arrives. For best results, follow the included care instructions or visit the QR code for full guidance.
